Background:
Terry knows the Portland area. He grew up in NE Portland, attending Kennedy Elementary School (now Kennedy McMennamin’s) and graduated from Portland State University with BA degrees in geography and German. He earned an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
His skills and experience in negotiations, sales, market analysis and client service come from 18 years working in sales and marketing management, strategic planning, and new market development in large and medium-sized companies in the Portland area. Terry has invested in real estate for years, and is certified as an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) life coach.
